Mark not only fixed our roof but he also may have saved our home from a huge disaster. Come to find out one of the reasons our roof was failing was from his investigation into why our roof was soft. When Mark felt like he was onto something he called in an HVAC person and sure enough our roof was failing from the inside and outside. Improper ventilation, vents and extreme humidity.
